The answer: our new Member Service Centre.  When you're unable to get to your branch, it brings Kootenay Savings' great personal service and trusted advice as close as your phone - even if you've moved away or you're vacationing south of the border.

Start by logging in to your account and then navigating as below:

  • Transfer money (Navigate to transfers page and make transfer within your own account, to another Kootenay Savings member, or by Interac e-Transfer)
  • Apply for Visa personal or business card
  • Add new sub accounts to your account (Navigate to Account Services/Add a New Account)
    • Open a Savings Accounts, Chequing Accounts and Term Deposit
  • Order Cheques (Navigate to Account Services/Online Settings and Requests)
