New online banking is coming to Kootenay Savings.

Our new online banking experience has been thoughtfully designed for both personal and business banking. It's smoother, more intuitive, and works the same whether you're on your desktop computer, latop, tablet or phone.

About the Change

The new Kootenay Savings online banking platform and mobile app will launch on November 18, 2026.

We are moving to a refreshed platform that will make online banking easier to use and allow us to add more improvements and digital services in the future.

Beginning November 18, members who use online or mobile banking will need to use the new platform. The current online banking platform and mobile app will no longer be available after the transition.

Your Kootenay Savings accounts and balances will remain connected to your membership and will transfer over.

No. Your Kootenay Savings account numbers will not change.

Preparing before November 18

There are two important steps you can take:

  1. Make sure your phone number and email address are current with Kootenay Savings.

  1. If you have a joint membership, make sure each person who wants to use online banking has their own access.

You do not need to download anything or create a new username yet.

When you first sign in, you will verify your identity through two-step verification. A security code will be sent using the contact information Kootenay Savings has on file.

Outdated information could prevent you from completing the sign-in process.

Contact Kootenay Savings at 1-800-665-5728 or visit your local branch if your phone number or email address has changed.
