Everyone in our communities deserves access to information and resources to feel empowered and knowledgeable when making financial decisions. Our Financial Literacy Instructors can facilitate one of 17 workshops at your community organization, school or business. All workshops are free to attend.
All workshops are part of the Each One Teach One Program and are free 60-90 minute workshops for all age groups and knowledge levels.
Topics include basic banking and budgeting, credit cards, loans, debt smarts, credit scores, fraud prevention, homeownership, and much more.

Developed for grades 5-8, and delivered in school classrooms by fun and knowledgeable Kootenay Savings' employees, this hour-long workshop introduces basic money concepts such as saving, spending and budgeting, all presented with real-life scenarios.
