Don't Forget!

While paying your bills online is instantaneous with Kootenay Savings, it can take up to 3 days for your Payee to process your payment.  Make sure you give yourself enough time for the payment to be processed.

Also, try to avoid setting up payments on the same day as your paycheque.  Depending on the timing from your employer, your paycheque may arrive after the payment is taken out.  Set payments to the day after payday to avoid any potential problems.

Kootenay Savings Credit Union has added new Increased Authentication features to the login process. These features provide members with an additional layer of protection. Please login to set up the new security features.

Attention: Do Not Make Duplicate Payments

Paying the same vendor for the same amount more than once on the same date will result in that additional payment being rejected. We do this to avoid accidental duplicate payments being made.

If you are making multiple payments to the same vendor for the same amount, spread it out over several days or slightly change the payment amount.
