I am not a member, can I send or receive a Money Wire Transfer from Kootenay Savings? Expand/Collapse

Yes, non-members can receive and send Money Wire Transfers valued up to the equivalent of $999.99 Canadian.  Along with all other Money Transfer fees an additional non-member transaction fee applies (click here for current fee). 

Please bring the following information with you to the branch:
  • Information on receiving financial institution:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Transit or Swift Code
  • Information about the recipient
    • Name
    • Physical address
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Account number (or iBAN, if applicable)
  • Information about you:
    • Full name
    • Street address
    • Date of birth
    • Telephone number
    • Occupation
    • 2 pieces of identification
